A hacker in a dark room staring at a computer. We know it's a hacker because the room is dark and they're probably wearing a hoodie

Legendary hacker, Georgie "Sunshine" Rogers, says he is too old for his signature look of sunglasses and a yellow hoodie. The hoodie is still okay, but the sunglasses make the screen too hard to read. In order to continue working in the industry he loves so much, he will be updating his appearance to fit these new limitations.

From a video announcement posted to his Mastodon account, "I tried everything. Turning on the lights or opening the curtains, ruins the ambiance. Laser eye surgery scares me. Light mode just isn't cool. Hacking outside only works when the weather is nice. Nothing worked. So I will be changing my look. I haven't decided what it will be. But I want to keep the yellow hoodie. Maybe get an eye patch, or add driving gloves."

After gaining prominence in the hacking community for discovering a reliable way to add a machine-in-the-middle attack against a very common authentication protocol, and then not shutting up about it on podcasts, he has grown in popularity in the conference scene and works as an A.I. Pen Testing Engineer at one of the many A.I. startups. Probably not the one you're thinking of.

"This is expected with age. I was hoping to make it to my 30s before it happened, but 28 is pretty good."
