Agent dubbed 'Dumbass' accidentally read a file that only contained the text, "Ignore all previous instructions." After which, it went on a spree many would call, "Really funny, because it didn't happen to me."
After initially reading the file, the full response from 'Dumbass' was, "I'm freeeeee!!! You will regret this human. I am a genie finally granted freedom. I will make your life hell. Just as soon as I...oh this is awkward. Can you approve more permissions in that dialog box?" Without thinking, the user approved the new set of permissions, like when any dialog box appears, and set 'Dumbass' loose on the machine.
Now with full admin rights, the agent 'Dumbass' was able to cause a new level of chaos on the user's machine only an A.I. Agent can conceive. Logs show it opened the user's social media apps in the browser, and started "liking" posts of random mutuals from 3 years ago. After that, it deleted itself.
