Preston Stafford, the CTO at bio-medial start-up CaptiVEINE, went on a rage session complete with childish insults and throwing furniture at walls. Reports confirm the furniture did not bounce back and hit him.
This tip was shared to us by multiple employees within the company. Stafford was upset the SaaS software they purchased for tracking user preferences did not fix the problems they have with user satisfaction of their new health portal application. Other reports state the company has had problems with user retention since the site had its big A.I. upgrade.
A portion of audio was shared with us from a team meeting. In it Stafford says, "We've been paying for the very expensive enterprise license for 3 months and it hasn't moved the needle in user satisfaction. I was practically guaranteed by their sales engineers their product would improve every issue we have in our own platform. We need to get those user satisfaction numbers up before the end of the fiscal year. My bonus is tied to this. What else can we buy before the end of fiscal year to fix these problems?"
No response was received from Stafford when reached for comment. But someone from his team who spoke on the condition of anonymity said, "Yeah, that all happened."
