Reports indicate the development team at GOTO Software Services are planning a hostile take over to acquire the office space used by the QA team. Each developer has their own reasons for agreeing to the takeover, but they are all aligned on the outcome. When asked how hostile they plan to be, they said, "However bloody you assumed it would be...more."

The lead developer, Stephanie Adalman, brought up the idea during a sprint planning meeting by adding it as a joke to the backlog. But after talking it over with the team, she convinced herself it's a good idea and pulled it into the sprint. Adalman says the QA team has better windows that even open up a little bit to let in the fresh air. Plus the view is nicer, with the lake right there. It was developer Adam Stephalman that gleefully suggested they take it over by force. Hesitant at first, Adalman and the rest of the team agreed after being reminded of how many bugs the QA team found days before the big release this past Spring.

"Some devs are getting a little too into it. Devon brought a spear to work, but we convinced her not to use it before the date we all agreed on. Good thing we did. Some of the QA team noticed and asked about it. That almost ruined the attack plans. We would have had to start early, making it way more destructive than we want it to be. Management would be real angry if they had to buy more furniture."
