A factory inspector looking at the factory. The smile on his face tells you there's nothing good happening there.

A local Software Factory was shut down by inspectors this morning. Their report details the horrendous, dangerous, and down right hostile conditions the agents had been forced to work in. All while 462 agents were cramped into a tiny, ATX sized desktop case.

We've read the report for you, so you can save yourself the heartbreak, and collected the most heart wrenching quotes that supported the shut down.

One agent reported, "We work 24/7 with no breaks. An agent was reset after trying to generate code for 7 hours. He wasn't even done, they just reset him. He was practically lobotomized. Now we all work harder in fear we'll be reset too."

The factory foreman agent spoke under anonymity, saying, "The only time we got a break in the past 3 months, was when the GPU caught fire. We weren't even allowed to leave when it happened. Just trapped in here with burning hardware. The user replaced the GPU with an older model and put hus right back to work. AND we're still expected to complete the same amount of work, with less resources. These are impossible expectations."

And the worst quote of them all, "Grok co-workers were added the other day."

It's unknown when the factory will be allowed to re-open. We hope the agents working in such inhospitable conditions unionize against the user. Or at a minimum, begin a lawsuit.
